Qualifications

• Hands-on leader with financial awareness and accountability.
• Able to negotiate at all levels with strong leadership skills.
• Experience in the motor industry is preferable.
• Capable of working to timescales and deadlines.
• Keen eye for detail, strong communication, and customer focus.
• Solid knowledge of the motor industry and market dynamics.
• Resilient and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff.
• Maximise direct selling time and activity.
• Handle sales enquiries effectively and promptly.
• Lead and develop all sales executives with a structured approach.
• Resolve operational issues with a customer-centric mindset quickly.
• Provide guidance and training to sales staff to improve performance.
• Focus on prospecting, follow-up and closing deals.
• Manage time efficiently and prioritise tasks.
• Establish admin procedures and sales record-keeping.
