Job summary

Hyper Luminal Games LTD is seeking an experienced Unity/C# developer to take ownership of core game systems and mentor a growing team. You will lead standups, plan tasks, and collaborate across local and global teams to meet ambitious project deadlines.

Based in our Dundee office, you will drive cross‑platform development, communicate requirements clearly, and contribute to a creative, supportive studio culture with a strong focus on learning and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience working in games development with Unity.
• Fluent in C# with expert knowledge of the Unity API.
• Experience leading a team and meeting project deadlines.
• Experience with cross-platform development and Jira usage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Work daily in the Unity engine to create core game systems and mechanics.
• Lead standups, organise team tasks, and ensure project deadlines are met.
• Mentor junior and mid-level programmers and provide clear feedback.
• Coordinate with local and global teams to optimise pipelines and deliverables.
