Sports Interactive, known for Football Manager, is seeking an experienced graphics software engineer to join our London team. You will work on cutting-edge rendering systems in Unity, collaborating with the Graphics Team and Art Department to deliver across platforms.

You must have 10+ years in C#/C++ graphics engineering, and deep knowledge of Unity SRP and HLSL shaders. The role offers a hybrid working model at Here East, London, with opportunities to mentor other engineers and influence

Qualifications

• 10+ years in C#/C++ graphics engineering.
• Shipped titles on multiple platforms.
• Proven Unity SRP and HLSL shader experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Unity rendering systems for environments, characters, lighting, and post-processing.
• Develop and optimise shaders and rendering code across platforms.
• Profile and optimise rendering performance and memory across targets.
• Build tools to improve artist workflows.
• Implement automated tests and asset validation tools.
• Debug rendering issues and ensure visual fidelity within performance limits.
• Collaborate with artists and engineers to create scalable, high-quality rendering solutions.
