Elysium Healthcare is seeking a Senior ERP Product Owner to lead the functional development and continuous improvement of Unit4 ERP across Finance, HR, Payroll, and Operations. You will shape the ERP roadmap, manage the improvement backlog, and coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and delivery partners to deliver measurable value.

You will configure ERP functionality, reports, dashboards, and workflows, support testing and releases, and help drive user adoption and training while aligning

Competenze

• Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, reporting, data management, and integrations.
• Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with Unit4 ERP in a functional, configuration, business analysis, consultancy, or product ownership role.
• Experience supporting ERP improvements through requirements gathering, solution design, testing, implementation, and ongoing support.
• Experience configuring ERP solutions, managing reporting requirements, and supporting user adoption and training.
• Experience working with suppliers and delivery partners to deliver system enhancements and improvements.
• Knowledge of Unit4 Finance, HR and/or Payroll modules, reporting tools, workflows, and configuration is desirable.
• Experience with data migration, integrations, SQL reporting, and system testing is desirable.
• Experience within healthcare or another regulated environment is desirable.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies is desirable.
