Job summary

Experis UK is seeking a Unified Communications Lead to design and deliver secure, enterprise-scale collaboration environments across secure networks. You will lead architecture, integration and delivery of CDS, MLS gateways and secure information exchange.

The role requires strong leadership, expertise in SIP/H.323/VTC, cross-domain architectures, and governance. You will drive secure exchange of voice, video and chat services and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of enterprise UC programmes.
• Strong expertise in secure cross-domain architectures.
• Experience with CDS, guards, MLS gateways and secure exchanges.
• Deep understanding of SIP, H.323, VTC and enterprise collaboration platforms.
• Knowledge of information assurance and security governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and technical leadership.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams delivering complex solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy secure Cross-Domain Solutions (CDS), guards and MLS gateways.
• Enable secure exchange of voice, video and chat across isolated networks.
• Lead integration and standardisation of multi-vendor Unified Communications environments.
• Deliver interoperability across technologies including: SIP, H.323, Presence Services.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the full solution lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with information assurance, governance and security requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable collaboration capabilities.
