Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering Unified Communications solutions within secure or highly regulated environments.
• Experience with Cross-Domain Solutions (CDS), guards and MLS architectures or related secure information exchange tech.
• Hands-on experience with multi-vendor UC technologies across enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of network architecture, secure communications and information assurance principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, implementation and optimisation of CDS, guards and MLS gateways.
• Design and deliver secure cross-domain communication solutions between classified networks.
• Integrate multi-vendor UC platforms including SIP, H.323, VTC and presence services.
• Develop resilient, low-latency communication architectures for critical ops.
• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams through design, deployment and testing.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance and information assurance requirements.
• Collaborate with infra, security and stakeholder teams to deliver secure enterprise collaboration.
