Synergize Consulting Ltd. seeks a DV Cleared Communications System Architect to design and deliver secure, cross-domain collaboration environments within highly restricted networks from our London HQ.

The role focuses on secure UC integration across multi-vendor ecosystems, demanding governance of IA and security requirements. The senior architect will lead cross-domain solutions, ensure high availability, low latency, and interoperability across SIP/H.323/VTC while coordinating with engineering

Qualifications

DV clearance is mandatory.
Experience in secure UC environments and CDS.
Ability to lead architecture across complex, multi-vendor setups.
Experience with security, IA and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Design secure cross-domain solutions and MLS gateways.
Enable secure voice, video, and chat across classified domains.
Architect and integrate multi-vendor UC environments.
Ensure interoperability across SIP, H.323, VTC, presence platforms.
Develop fault-tolerant, low-latency communication architectures.
Lead engineering teams delivering secure communications solutions.
Collaborate with security and architecture stakeholders for end-to-end integrity.
