Job summary

Rocksteady Studios, part of Warner Bros. Discovery, is seeking a Senior UI Programmer to write, extend and refine UI features for world-class AAA games across multiple platforms. You will report to the Lead UI Programmer and collaborate with artists and designers to deliver high-quality UI experiences.

This role is offered on a hybrid basis, with on-site collaboration in London on selected days and remote work on others. Join a team pushing UI architecture and user experience to new heights.

Qualifications

Experience architecting and maintaining UI systems for complex video games, including MVVM.
Advanced knowledge of C++ and graphics principles.
Experience shipping at least one AAA video game title.
Experience with Unreal Engine 5 and UMG.

Responsibilities

Driving and implementing UI features and systems through all stages of production: design, scheduling, implementation and polish.
Giving input into the development of new features and iterations of existing ones.
Working with artists and designers to deliver outstanding user experiences.
Maintaining high engineering standards through code reviews and collaboration.
Ensuring UI features meet performance, memory, and scalability requirements.
