Gram Games is seeking a results-driven UA leader to own the full UA strategy and execution across all major channels for Gram Games and Merge Dragons! You will mentor and empower the UA team, collaborating with Product, Creative, ASO, and Data teams to unlock sustainable growth and improve funnel performance.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic experimentation, and cross-functional alignment with strong accountability for performance outcomes.

Formación

• 6–10+ years of performance marketing in mobile gaming.
• Proven track record of scaling multi-million budgets profitably.
• Strong fluency in mobile attribution, LTV modeling, and ROAS optimization.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across functions.
• Bonus: familiarity with Merge Games or builder games.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end UA strategy and profitability targets.
• Lead yearly growth planning, scaling strategies, and risk mitigation.
• Mentor UA managers and collaborate with Creative, ASO, and Product.
• Establish clear accountability with reporting and insights.
