Job summary

NiCE is seeking a Senior Trust Analyst — UK Sovereign to serve as the primary trust and security contact for UK Sovereign customers, coordinating responses to security questionnaires and ongoing reporting.

You will translate complex security controls into business language, track remediation activities, and collaborate with engineering and security teams to maintain up-to-date security documentation and communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in security, GRC, trust or technical customer-facing roles.
• Hands-on experience responding to security questionnaires (SIG, CAIQ, VSA) in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, PCI DSS, GDPR/UK GDPR or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

• Lead end-to-end responses to security questionnaires and remediation updates.
• Translate technical controls into clear business language for diverse stakeholders.
• Maintain the trust portal and customer-facing security documentation.
