Job summary

NiCE is seeking a Senior Trust Analyst — UK Sovereign to serve as the primary trust and security contact for UK Sovereign customers. You will own responses to security inquiries, support contract reviews on security terms, and act as a trusted advisor on security posture for UK government environments.

You will coordinate with UK Sovereign engineering teams, produce POA&M reports, deliver monthly security status updates, and translate complex technical details into clear communications for both

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a security, GRC, trust, or technical customer‑facing role.
• Experience responding to security questionnaires (SIG, CAIQ, VSA) and compliance questionnaires.
• Ability to translate technical controls into clear business language for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary trust and security contact for UK Sovereign customers.
• Lead responses to security questionnaires and support contract reviews on security/privacy terms.
• Maintain trust documentation and public trust center; deliver regular security status updates.
• Coordinate with engineering/security teams to track vulnerability remediation (POA&M) and KPIs.
• Interpret audit findings (SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001) and present to customers in questionnaires.
