Job summary

You will drive technical underwriting excellence through deep-dive performance analysis at client and portfolio levels, identifying root causes and implementing corrective action to ensure rate adequacy and sustainability.

You will collaborate with Pricing, Actuarial, Claims and Distribution to execute

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in insurance data analysis, pricing, or performance monitoring.
• Degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Fluent English; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead remediation across global travel portfolios with focus on the UK.
• Analyze client and portfolio performance to identify deterioration causes.
• Collaborate with Pricing to ensure tariff books meet expectations.
• Coordinate with Portfolio Monitoring and Actuarial to define remediation plans.
• Ensure underwriting actions align with Allianz and AzP standards.
• Support annual planning with margin analysis and remediation forecasting.
• Maintain transparency on portfolio changes for provisioning.
• Represent underwriting in cross-functional remediation squads.
• Present findings to senior leadership with data-driven rationale.
