Job Mission: The Senior Travel Consultant delivers exceptional customer service and offers expert and knowledgeable travel advice. The Travel Consultant meets and exceeds Service Level Agreements, using the in-house booking tools and represents Egencia as an ambassador of service excellence.
Scope and Expectations:
Interpersonal Skills: Operate in a multi-channel environment, manage the end-to-end booking process, arrange domestic and international travel, and utilize booking tools.
Responsibilities include: Sourcing travel solutions, applying fare principles, upselling additional services, verifying rates, understanding supplier policies, coaching customers, and continuous process improvement.
