Qualifications

• Significant senior-level programme or project management experience leading complex time-critical transformations.
• Experience in governance structures, Programme Boards and reporting for executive audiences.
• Proven ability to lead multiple workstreams across public, private or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish programme structure, scope, milestones and dependencies; ensure delivery against plan.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams across technical, operational, legal, financial and workforce areas.
• Define terms of reference, roles, deliverables and governance for each workstream.
• Provide timely programme reporting including risk, issue and performance updates to senior stakeholders.
• Drive delivery at pace, manage risks and dependencies, and intervene to protect milestones.
• Collaborate with partner authorities and local entities to enable successful transfer.
