Job summary

SYSTRA in the UK is seeking an experienced Development Planner at Principal level to manage and deliver transport planning services across high-profile developments. You will lead client relationships, oversee studies like Transport Statements, Assessments, Travel Plans, and lead project delivery from planning through to implementation.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Leadership experience and mentoring junior staff.
• Client relationship management and business development skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Production of Transport Statements / Transport Assessments, Travel Plans and Access Appraisals.
• Traffic modelling experience and ability to produce abnormal loads assessments preferred.
• Demonstrable knowledge of planning process.
• Production of reports for private and public sector clients.
• Manage project budgets and deliverables.
