Do you have experience in UK or Irish Transport Planning? Are you looking for a new role that offers autonomy and a great working environment?

Working alongside the existing Transport team, you will be responsible for planning of full load, part load and groupage deliveries and collections across Ireland.

If have a good understanding of EU Tachograph Regulations, WTD and a great geographical knowledge of Ireland, this is a great opportunity to join a growing transport firm, that will develop their staff with long term career options.

The Role:

• Plan daily work schedule and routing for drivers
• Accommodate additional customer orders efficiently on a daily basis
• Ensure operations are carried out in accordance with legal, environmental and company policies
• Work with the Fleet Maintenance team to ensure vehicles are maintained
• Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings on rotation

You will need:

• Previous Transport Planning Experience
• Strong knowledge of EU Tachograph Laws & WTD
• Good geographical knowledge of Ireland
• Excellent customer service skills to deal with customers, drivers and third parties.
