Stantec is seeking a Consultant or Senior Consultant Transport Modeller to join our growing team in Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham or Edinburgh. You’ll deliver modelling work for public and private clients, calibrate and apply strategic models, and support project appraisal and decision-making across a range of mobility projects.

You’ll work with VISUM, CUBE, SATURN, EMME, Paramics, VISSIM and other tools, while mentoring junior modellers, contributing to proposals, tenders and budgets, and

Qualifications

• Degree or higher-level qualification in Transport Planning, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or related discipline.

Responsabilités

• Delivering technical modelling tasks for a range of clients, supporting junior team members where appropriate.
• Developing, calibrating, validating and applying strategic transport models.
• Using modelling outputs to support project appraisal, scheme development and strategic decision‑making.
• Communicating modelling results clearly through reports, presentations and client discussions.
• Keeping up to date with transport policy, guidance and best practice.
• Providing technical guidance, training and oversight to junior modellers.
• Supporting project management activities, including fee proposals, tenders, team coordination, budgets and invoicing.
