Job summary

Key requirements include a valid International Transport Manager CPC qualification, proven experience managing fleet operations and ensuring Operator Licence compliance, plus strong commercial acumen and stakeholder leadership.

Qualifications

• An International Transport Manager CPC qualification is essential, with proven fleet operations experience and compliance with Operator Licence requirements.
• Experience leading large-scale transport operations, fleet management and driver populations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of a large-scale transport function with 24/7 coverage.
• Review KPIs, fleet utilisation, transport planning and service delivery to drive improvements.
• Provide visible leadership to transport managers, planners, drivers and support teams.
• Ensure compliance with Operator Licence, transport legislation and safety standards.
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to meet operational needs.
