Andrews Recruitment Group is seeking a Compliance & Transport Lead for a Warwickshire-based ready-mixed concrete operation. The role focuses on transport compliance, fleet administration and driver standards in a busy industrial setting.

Working with the General Manager, you will ensure practical compliance in daily operations, liaising with drivers, workshop providers and site teams to maintain high standards of health, safety and quality.

Competenze

• Practical experience of transport compliance in an operational/industrial fleet environment.
• Knowledge of operator licensing and vehicle regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with tachograph compliance, drivers' hours and WTD regulations.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day compliance across a mixed fleet and business.
• Maintain accurate vehicle maintenance, inspection and defect records.
• Monitor driver compliance including licences, tachographs and hours.
• Coordinate maintenance, MOTs, inspections and fleet requirements.
• Support operator licence obligations and DVSA requirements.
• Work with drivers and ops teams to maintain safe practices.
• Improve transport procedures and documentation.
