Job summary

British Airways is seeking a Senior Transformation Portfolio Manager to lead the E&M Transformation Management Office and oversee a portfolio of strategic initiatives. You will report to the Head of Strategy and partner with E&M Directors, delivery partners and IAG to translate strategy into tangible results.

Qualifications

Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
Professional Programme Management accreditation (e.g. MOP, MSP, PMP, P3O, Prince 2, Agile SAFe)
Proven track record in leading transformational change at senior level
Experience from consulting roles in transport, aviation or large technical organisations

Responsibilities

Lead the E&M Transformation Management Office with portfolio governance, reporting and delivery accountability.
Drive complex transformation programmes to deliver measurable business benefits.
Provide insight and recommendations to senior leadership and Board.
Oversee prioritisation, resources, benefits realisation and risk across multiple workstreams.
Develop and coach the TMO team while coordinating matrixed resources.
