Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in NHS or health sector consulting and/or operational roles.
• Experience working on complex programmes or transformation initiatives.
• Comfortable working with clients and senior stakeholders in delivery settings.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of complex health sector engagements
• Work as part of multi-disciplinary teams across strategy and delivery
• Engage with client stakeholders and contribute to strong client relationship
• Own workstreams and deliver high-quality outputs to time and quality
• Support business development through proposals and insight generation
