Qualifications

• Masters level or equivalent experience at a senior level in a specialist area.
• Qualification in service improvement tools and techniques, Lean, Six Sigma.
• Qualification in business process reengineering/redesign.

Responsibilities

• Lead BSPS PMO Transformation team, driving complex projects across partner trusts and wider system.
• Support transformation programme delivery with governance, risk management and benefits realisation.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, corporate and digital teams to deliver time, cost and quality improvements.
