Job summary

Last Mile, a leading UK utilities business, seeks a Senior Implementation Manager to turn transformation strategy into delivery plans and embed new systems and ways of working. You will coordinate cross-functional workstreams, partner with senior leaders and manage readiness across the portfolio to realise benefits and sustainable change.

The role is in the Transformation and Delivery Team, with opportunities to influence five-year plans and align with business strategy.

Qualifications

Experience leading transformation strategy to delivery plans across multiple functions.
Ability to assess change impact and embed new systems and ways of working.
Proven track record in operating model change and benefits realisation.

Responsibilities

Lead practical design and implementation of transformation initiatives (operating model, digital, data, process, governance).
Translate strategic objectives into clear plans, milestones and adoption measures.
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams; manage dependencies for portfolio delivery.
Partner with senior leaders to assess readiness for new systems and processes.
Lead stakeholder engagement, workshops, training, cutover planning and transition activities.
Track progress, risks and benefits; apply lessons learned to improve delivery standards.
