Job summary

Last Mile is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to join the Transformation and Delivery Team in Hamilton, Glasgow. You will turn transformation strategy into clear delivery plans and lead the implementation of strategic initiatives across all business functions, ensuring new systems, processes and ways of working are embedded effectively and sustainably.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering transformation strategy aligned to business strategy
• Strong track record of operating model change across complex environments
• Experience developing and managing implementation plans, readiness assessments and cutover plans

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of transformation initiatives including operating model, digital, data, process and governance changes
• Translate strategic objectives into clear implementation plans, milestones, readiness activity and adoption measures
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to align delivery activity and manage dependencies
• Partner with senior leaders to assess business readiness and prepare impacted areas for new systems
• Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, training, cutover planning and transition activities
• Track progress, risks, issues and benefits realisation and improve delivery standards
