Job summary

Xplor is building a high-impact Transformation team in the United Kingdom. The Analyst / Senior Analyst, Transformation will own analysis and execute workstreams across business integration, systems modernization, and AI applications in customer-facing functions.

This fixed-term 12-month role aims to position you for a functional leadership path; you will help design how AI reshapes customer support, success, and sales, and collaborate across initiatives including integrations and tooling

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in strategy consulting, transformation, corporate finance, or a similarly analytical role.
• A track record of taking ownership of workstreams within larger cross-functional programmes. SaaS and/or payments experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own analysis and execute discrete workstreams spanning business integration, systems and process modernization, and the practical application of AI across customer-facing functions.
• Help shape how AI reshapes customer-facing work at Xplor and support design of the AI-enabled shift across customer support, success, and sales.
• Work across transformation initiatives including integrating newly acquired businesses, modernising core systems and tools, and applying AI to reshape customer operations.
