This multinational FTSE100 giant holds a key position in several markets. With operations on every continent, it delivers branded products and high-value commodities to multinational corporate customers worldwide.

The Global Tax Team is recruiting for a senior transfer pricing professional in London. This leadership role oversees the Americas, Europe, and Africa. London serves as the Regional HQ for Europe & Africa, while Montreal is the global HQ for a major division and the Regional HQ for the Americas. You will work closely with stakeholders in both locations, with direct reports in each.

This transfer pricing role focuses on optimizing strategies and providing strategic advisory support to global operations. You will lead the development and implementation of transfer pricing models for various product groups, adapting to global dynamics like tariffs and economic challenges, managing audit risks, and assessing tax certainty strategies such as ICAPs and APAs. The role involves overseeing business footprint changes and developing frameworks for recharging new services and IP strategies. It emphasizes strategic initiatives over routine compliance, engaging stakeholders, fostering partnerships with tax authorities, and optimizing transfer pricing efficiency by delegating routine tasks and leveraging automation tools.

• Drive the development of transfer pricing strategy, including risk analysis and commercial decision-making
• Oversee and maintain transfer pricing compliance with documentation and benchmarking studies (with advisor assistance)
• Monitor BEPS developments and advise internally
• Communicate TP legislative changes and practices
• Support transfer pricing audits, including response strategy development
• Lead on Advance Pricing Arrangements (APA) and Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAP)
• Implement transfer pricing projects

About you:

• Minimum of 8 years transfer pricing experience
• Professionally trained, ideally Big 4 or Top Tier
• French and English language skills essential
• Ability to work collaboratively in a complex multinational environment
