This multinational FTSE100 company holds a key position in several markets, operating across every continent and delivering branded products and high-value commodities to multinational corporate customers worldwide.

The Global Tax Team is recruiting a senior transfer pricing professional based in London. This leadership role oversees operations in the Americas, Europe, and Africa. London serves as the regional HQ for Europe & Africa, while Montreal is the global HQ for a major division and the regional HQ for the Americas. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders in both locations, managing direct reports in each.

This role focuses on strategic transfer pricing initiatives, including developing and implementing transfer pricing models for various product groups, adapting to global economic changes, managing audit risks, and assessing tax certainty strategies such as ICAPs and APAs. It involves overseeing business footprint changes, developing frameworks for recharging new services and IP strategies, and engaging in stakeholder collaboration for strategic partnerships with tax authorities to optimize transfer pricing efficiency. The role emphasizes strategic initiatives over routine compliance tasks, leveraging automation tools and delegating operational responsibilities.

• Develop and execute transfer pricing strategies, including risk analysis and commercial decision-making
• Ensure compliance with transfer pricing documentation and benchmarking studies, with support from advisors
• Monitor BEPS developments and advise the company accordingly
• Communicate legislative changes and best practices related to transfer pricing
• Support transfer pricing audits, including response strategy development
• Lead initiatives related to Advance Pricing Arrangements (APA) and Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAP)
• Implement transfer pricing projects effectively

About you:

• Minimum of 8 years transfer pricing experience
• Professional training, preferably from Big 4 or Top Tier firms
• Fluent in French and English
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a complex multinational environment
