Job summary

Cortus Advisory Group seeks an experienced Transaction Services Manager to lead due diligence engagements across UK deals, including buy‑side, sell‑side and refinancing. You will be the day‑to‑day client lead, coordinate senior stakeholders, and ensure high‑quality analysis and reporting.

Based in Leeds with occasional travel to other offices, you will mentor junior staff and contribute to cross‑Referrals within Cortus while upholding its values of integrity, collaboration and expertise.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification required.
• Strong background in Transaction Services or corporate finance.
• Demonstrated financial analysis and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Transaction Services engagements from planning through completion.
• Oversee and review detailed financial analysis and due diligence outputs.
• Manage client relationships, presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
• Coach Executives and Analysts, driving team development and performance.
