Job summary

First Recruitment Group is seeking a Senior Training Coordinator to work on a major construction project at Padeswood on a long-term contract. You will act as the site focal point for Training & Competence, ensuring workforce compliance with training requirements and maintaining records and matrices.

You'll coordinate site inductions, mobilisations and reporting, support audits, and administer the training management system, aligning with project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Training & Competence or Training Coordination.
• Strong administration and compliance background.
• Experience managing training records and matrices.
• Construction, engineering, manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Mintra experience advantageous.

Role Purpose:

• Act as the site focal point for all Training & Competence activities
• Ensure workforce compliance with training and competency requirements

• Coordinate site induction and mobilisation activities
