Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced engineer to lead the design of complex signalised junctions, pedestrian crossings, and intelligent traffic control systems for high-profile infrastructure projects. This role offers a 50/50 split between remote work and onsite presence, suitable for surveys, design validations, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities of a Senior Traffic Signals Design Engineer:

• Conduct on-site inspections, surveys, commissioning, and supervision
• Prepare technical designs for complex signalised junctions and crossings, including specifications
• Provide technical oversight for new product or service ideas and design planning
• Develop complex MOVA Designs and MOVA Datasets
• Ensure compliance with standards like TSRGD, DMRB, and Traffic Signs Manual
• Perform MOVA Validations on junctions and roundabouts

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience in designing signalised junctions and crossings, seeking to advance to a Senior Design Services Engineer role, with a fresh perspective on traffic signal solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Keysignals, OSC Mapper, AutoTURN
• Microsoft Office skills
• Knowledge of TOPAS 2500A Traffic Signal Controller
• Familiarity with MOVA tools, datasets, and linking
• Experience with LinSig 3
• Full UK Driving Licence
