Hampshire County Council is recruiting for a Senior Technical Officer in the Safer Roads and Parking Team, part of the Traffic and Safety Group, based at Elizabeth II Court, Winchester. You will deliver permanent and temporary Traffic Regulation Orders (TROs) for internal and external clients and assess abnormal load vehicle movement notifications, working closely with the Police
