Job summary

A leading technology company is seeking a Senior Trading Operations Associate to optimize operational functions within the Global Trading & Incentive Programs team in London. Qualifications

We are looking for a Senior Trading Operations Associate in the Global Trading & Incentive Programs (GTIP) team! Working from London.

As part of GTIP, you will focus on designing and executing operational functions for Snap’s Agency and Advertiser partnership deals programs across the globe that incentivize revenue and other strategic goals. You will partner closely with Sales, Legal, Accounting, and Finance teams to design advertiser incentives and execute and improve processes related to these programs.

With your analytical skills, high-quality output, operational experience and strong ownership, you’ll optimize existing processes and build team capability infrastructure.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive the design and execution of operations for all Agency Trading programs on behalf of GTIP

  • Support deal management execution efforts across Advertiser upfront program

  • Improve operational efficiencies within the Global Trading & Incentive Programs team to deliver value to our internal partners and key advertising clients.

  • Develop a strong understanding of our platform and product suite that provides for constructive discussions with Product and Sales.

  • Be proficient in extracting data from our systems and sharing key insights with relevant stakeholders.

  • Triage complex issues; develop recommendations; independently resolve day-to-day Sales questions / challenges.

Knowledge, skills, & abilities:

  • Best-in-class partnership skills with Sales and cross-functional teams, including an ability to work collaboratively, find solutions and challenge stakeholders respectfully

  • Professional operations experience within an environment that has high case volumes and requires a high degree of internal relationship management and attention to detail

  • Well-versed in concepts and practices of digital advertising sales, including auction marketplaces

  • Experience extracting data with SQL and utilizing data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau

  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Demonstrated problem solving, troubleshooting, analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to execute defined processes

  • Ability to work independently and drive activities to completion through strong ownership and attention to detail in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Salesforce

  • BA/BS required in business, marketing, communications, or other related field.

  • Demonstrable project management experience.

  • Experience working effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Highly detail oriented, analytical, strategic business thinker that is solutions focused and has a strong work ethic.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
