Job summary

Lorien in Glasgow is seeking a Senior Trade Management Administrator for a 6-month hybrid contract with 50% onsite presence. The role supports trade capture, settlement, and reconciliation across multiple markets within a high-volume middle office function.

The candidate will work with brokers and custodians, maintain strong client service standards, and contribute to risk controls and process improvements in a fast-paced investment banking environment.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification (or equivalent level of expertise) in relevant technical area.
• Strong risk management awareness.
• Involvement in or lead on change initiatives with ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring high-quality client service delivery, referring complex or technical issues to senior colleagues as needed.
• Supporting trade capture, matching, settlement and reconciliation activity across a varied client base.
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, brokers, and custodians.
• Adhering to core operating procedures and contributing to a strong risk and control environment.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and process/system enhancements.
• Working across multiple markets in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
