Alpine Racing Limited is seeking a Senior Trackside Operations Manager to lead world-class hospitality experiences for partners, sponsors and VIP guests at Formula 1 events.

You will design and deliver premium hospitality from Paddock Club to multi-location operations, managing budgets, timelines and vendors. The role requires extensive experience in luxury hospitality, strong leadership, and willingness to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in hospitality, events, or luxury brand activations—ideally in sports, entertainment, or high-end travel.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex, multi-location operations.
• Strong project management, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
• Comfortable with international travel and dynamic race weekend schedules.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.

The Role

As Senior Trackside Operations Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind Alpine’s premium hospitality offering. From the glamour of the Formula 1 Paddock Club to exclusive Paddock Hospitality, you’ll design and deliver experiences that set new standards in luxury and engagement.

Your mission:

• Create unforgettable moments for guests, partners, and sponsors at global race weekends.
• Lead innovation in hospitality formats, technologies, and creative concepts.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and suppliers to ensure flawless delivery.
• Champion guest experience through leadership, collaboration, and attention to detail.

Your challenge:

• Oversee Alpine’s Paddock & Paddock Club hospitality program—ticketing, logistics, catering, entertainment, and on-site operations.
• Lead a small team and manage global vendor relationships.
• Engage with VIP guests and partners to tailor experiences that exceed expectations.
• Own budgets and produce post-event reports with KPIs and strategic insights.
