Alpine F1 Team is seeking a Senior Trackside Operations Manager to lead premium hospitality experiences for partners, sponsors, and VIP guests. You will oversee Paddock Club and hospitality programs, drive innovations, and manage budgets and timelines across global race weekends.

You will lead a small team, manage global vendor relationships, and tailor guest experiences to exceed expectations, with responsibility for post-event KPI reports and strategic insights.
