Job summary

Alpine F1 Team is seeking a highly organised Partner Executive to support delivery of a growing portfolio of commercial partnerships in a fast-paced Formula 1 environment. You will help activate sponsorship rights, coordinate hospitality programmes and engage partners to create memorable experiences.

The role focuses on supporting the Partner Management team, maintaining partnership records and ensuring deadlines are met while delivering exceptional partner experiences across the season.

Qualifications

• Experience in partnerships, sponsorship or related fields.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Partner Management team in the day-to-day delivery of partnership programmes and ensure contractual commitments are fulfilled.
• Activate sponsorship rights across a portfolio of partners including technical, business and lifestyle.
• Coordinate partner communications and respond to day-to-day requests.
• Support the delivery of hospitality programmes, events and engagement activities throughout the season.
• Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials and partnership documentation.
• Maintain entitlement trackers, activation plans and partnership records.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure partner requirements are delivered accurately and on time.
• Help create memorable experiences that enhance partner satisfaction and long-term relationships.

What You'll Be Doing

• As a Partner Executive, you'll support the Partner Management team in the day-to-day delivery of partnership programmes, ensuring contractual commitments are fulfilled and partners receive an exceptional experience.

What We're Looking For

You'll Bring

• Experience in partnerships, sponsorship, commercial operations, events, account management or a similar field


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


• Strong organisational and project coordination abilities


• Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in sponsorship and partnership activation


• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset


• The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively


• Experience within Formula 1 is highly desirable, but we welcome applications from candidates with transferable experience from sport, entertainment, events, media or other commercial sectors
