Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager in Applied AI within Markets Operations.

You will own delivery of a governed agentic platform portfolio from planning through release and migration into live operational solutions, keeping the critical path current and surfacing trade‑offs with clear recommendations. You will define and own a practical metrics framework for delivery, platform health, and business impact, translating data to sponsors with evidence that stands up to controls

Qualifications

• Experience running parallel technical workstreams to milestones in large organizations.
• Fluent with software delivery, data, and AI systems; can follow architecture discussions.
• Designing metrics frameworks from first principles for new work.
• Proven ability to secure commitments across teams beyond reporting lines.
• Strong executive communication; manage sponsor relationships and present evidence.
• Question assumptions and keep delivery moving amid shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the single release calendar across platform streams; keep dependencies and milestones explicit.
• Maintain end-to-end dependency map across engineering, product, design, controls, and operations.
• Surface delivery risks and drive resolution with clear recommendations and trade-offs.
• Run delivery cadence and ensure planning forums are effective for leads.
• Coordinate release and migration sequencing into live solutions without disrupting production.
• Define and own a metrics framework for delivery progress, platform quality, and impact.
