Senior Town Planning Manager - Salary up to £80,000

Location: St Albans, England, United Kingdom

Potensis is pleased to partner with a leading residential developer, which, due to a sustained increase in land buying, is looking to attract a Senior Town Planning Manager.

The role involves working with the Land and Development team, managing and running planning applications for new developments, and providing planning advice and guidance to support new land purchases.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the management of current and future planning applications.
2. Appoint and manage external consultants, including planning consultancies.
3. Provide up-to-date, relevant advice to the land team to facilitate land buying decisions.
4. Inform the business of planning-related risks and opportunities on projects.

Ideally, candidates will have experience managing large, complex residential-led planning applications for a developer, planning consultancy, or public sector body. MRTPI qualification and a planning-related degree are preferable.
