Bauer Media Outdoor in the United Kingdom is seeking a Town Planning Manager to secure permissions and advertisement consents for our nationwide locations. You will provide expert planning guidance, support our digital strategy, and work with the Portfolio, Construction and commercial teams to deliver strategic growth.

You will build relationships with local authorities and external consultants, manage planning submissions, appeals, and records, and stay ahead of planning laws and advertisments

Formación

• Knowledge of planning law and regulations.
• Experience coordinating planning development in public or private sectors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Secure planning permissions and advertisement consents for locations.
• Provide planning advice across the business and support digital strategy.
• Prepare and submit planning applications and appeals statements.
• Liaise with local authorities and external consultants.
• Maintain planning records and monitor legislation for risks and opportunities.
• Research new development sites to inform planning activity.
