Our client is an established planning consultancy based in York. They are looking to appoint an experienced Planner to work on a variety of projects for private sector clients across England and Wales.

As a Senior Town Planner, you will be responsible for working proactively and independently on planning applications and appeals, focusing on large-scale residential and renewable energy projects, including site reviews, applications, and appeals.

Due to ongoing work from joint venture partners and growth of their private client base, they are expanding their team. You will lead a diverse range of projects, mainly large-scale residential and renewable energy schemes, working within a multidisciplinary team of chartered planners, architects, landscape architects, urban designers, and engineers.
