Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is helping a Kent-based planning consultancy recruit a Senior Town Planner. The role offers £45,000 - £55,000 plus a bonus, Chartership support (MRTPI) and monthly CPD, with a clear route to Associate as the business grows.

You'll join a sociable, multidisciplinary team, manage projects end-to-end, write planning statements, and mentor junior planners. Hybrid working in Kent with one day from home and a strong progression path.

Qualifications

• Town Planning experience (local authority or consultancy)
• Degree-qualified in Town Planning
• Confident producing planning statements and working client-facing

Responsibilities

• Project manage smaller planning projects and support on larger schemes
• Write planning statements with little to no help
• Client-facing meetings with third parties (e.g., surveyors, architects)
• Support and mentor planners / distribute workloads
• Kent-based with flexibility + 1 day working from home
