Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is hiring a Senior Town Planner to join a Kent-based consultancy on a hybrid basis. Salary £45,000-£55,000 plus Bonus, Chartership Support (MRTPI), monthly CPD and progression to Associate.

You will lead smaller projects end-to-end, write planning statements with minimal support, mentor junior planners, and collaborate with Directors and surveyors on diverse schemes.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Town Planning.
• Experience in local authority or consultancy considered.
• Confident producing planning statements and attending meetings.

Responsibilities

• Project manage smaller planning projects and support on larger schemes.
• Write planning statements with little to no help.
• Client-facing meetings with third parties.
• Mentor planners and distribute workloads within the team.
