The Planner Jobs Redactive Publishing Limited is seeking a Senior Town Planner in Manchester. You will oversee and manage diverse urban and regional planning projects from inception to completion, guiding research and analysis on land use, zoning, transportation, and environmental considerations to support sound planning decisions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Town Planning or related field required.
• RTPI membership or eligibility preferred.
• Proven experience in a similar role, UK preferred.
• Strong understanding of UK planning laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a variety of urban and regional planning projects from inception to completion.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis on land use, zoning, transportation and environmental factors to inform planning decisions.
• Maintain a manageable caseload with opportunities to progress your career.
