Job summary

Vella Recruitment Ltd, on behalf of a growing multi-disciplinary consultancy in Manchester, is seeking a Planner/Senior Planner to work alongside experienced town planners and socio-economic specialists across a variety of projects.

The role involves hybrid working (2-3 days in the office), 1+ year in Town Planning with RTPI or working towards it, and contributions to strategic planning, planning applications and land promotions for residential developments.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Town Planning, ideally within a planning consultancy.
• Chartered (RTPI) or working towards it.
• Experience on multiple projects and clear understanding of the planning process.

1+ years of experience in Town Planning, ideally within a planning consultancy. You will be Chartered (RTPI) or working towards it. Have previous experience working on multiple projects at any one time and have clear understanding of the planning process.
