A Senior Town Planner role in Reading with a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy. The successful candidate will join an established team, manage projects, and contribute to a broad portfolio of planning schemes.

The role offers a flexible 4-day office/site/meetings pattern, exposure to diverse projects, and clear progression within a supportive, commercially focused consultancy environment in Reading and the Thames Valley.

Qualificações

• Must have experience in private consultancy or similar environment.
• Strong project management and client-relationship skills.
• Solid knowledge of the UK planning system and policy framework.

Responsabilidades

• Lead land promotion and prepare planning applications.
• Manage your own planning projects and appraisals.
• Support major schemes across large-scale residential and commercial developments.
• Work on renewable energy and battery storage projects.
• Contribute to water infrastructure and educational developments.
• Support smaller rural and mixed-use schemes.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support growth of targeted development sectors.
• Mentor junior colleagues.
