Job summary

Carrington West is seeking a Senior or Principal Town Planner to join our established Camberley team. You will work on high-profile projects across England and Wales, delivering strategic planning, development management and client advisory services.

The role requires a minimum of five years’ planning experience and MRTPI qualification, with strong knowledge of the UK planning system. We offer a supportive, collaborative environment with hybrid working, CPD opportunities, and career progression

Job Title: Senior / Principal Town Planner

We are working with a highly respected national planning consultancy to recruit a Senior or Principal Planner to join their established and growing team in Camberley.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced planning professional with at least five years' relevant experience to work on a diverse portfolio of high-profile and complex projects across England and Wales. The consultancy has built a strong reputation within the UK planning and development sector, offering expert advice to both private and public sector clients while fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment.

The Role

As part of the Camberley Planning team, you will play a key role in delivering a wide range of planning projects, including:

• Strategic planning and development management
• Planning application and appeals coordination
• Advising clients on complex and prestigious development schemes
• Managing projects from inception through to completion
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members
• Contributing to business development and team growth initiatives

About You
