Planning-Led Multidisciplinary SME in London is seeking an experienced Senior Town Planner to join the Planning Team on a variety of schemes across the UK, including commercial, residential, mixed-use, heritage and leisure.

The role offers hybrid working with 3 days in the office, a base salary of £45,000 upwards plus a market-leading bonus and additional benefits. Visa sponsorship is NOT available.

Qualifications

• 4+ years UK town planning experience.
• Experience on a range of projects including commercial, retail, residential, mixed-use and heritage.
• Proactive, commercial and collaborative mindset.
