Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Senior Town Planner in Newcastle with hybrid working for a leading independent planning consultancy. You will prepare and submit planning applications and appeals, liaise with clients and authorities, and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.

UK planning knowledge and RTPI accreditation are desirable, with clear career development and a supportive team offering room to grow.

Qualifications

• A degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field (RTPI accreditation desirable).
• Proven experience in a planning role, ideally within consultancy or local authority.
• Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation and policy.
