Job summary

Carrington West, on behalf of a well-established Winchester planning consultancy, is seeking an experienced Senior Town Planner to join its growing team. You will manage a diverse portfolio, assess applications, and provide strategic planning advice while building strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have consultancy or private sector experience, a solid understanding of the UK planning system, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in consultancy or private sector planning environments.
• Strong knowledge of the UK planning system.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• MRTPI (or working towards it) is desirable.

• Manage applications across a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
• Provide strategic planning advice and guidance to clients.
