Job summary

Penguin Recruitment in Winchester is seeking a Graduate Town Planner to kickstart your career within an established consulting team, gaining hands‑on experience across diverse planning projects.

You will assist with planning applications, site appraisals, policy matters and community consultations, while developing your RTPI‑accredited career and growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Town Planning or related discipline required.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong research and analytical abilities; keen interest in planning and built environment.

I'm currently recruiting for a Graduate Town Planner opportunity in Winchester, offering the chance to gain hands‑on experience across a varied range of planning projects and develop your career within a supportive and experienced team.
